Job Title: Estimator – Building Services

Location: Banbury, covering surrounding areas (80/20 split between site visits & office)
Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000

The role of the Estimator – Building Services will involve:
* Estimator position dealing with a range of mechanical, electrical and air-conditioning systems/services for commercial, residential and industrial sectors
* Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines
* Working on projects where each product/system is unique and therefore requires a bespoke approach
* Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
* Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
* Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
* Managing projects up-to a value of £150k+
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Building Services with:
* Must have experience as an Estimator working within the M&E or HVAC sectors
* Reliable and approachable to build positive working relationships
* Confident and professional communicator, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
* Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans
* Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills
* IT Literate particularly excel
