Overview
* Responsible for supporting the bid function to create tailored cost proposals in response to tenders and land package deals.
* Responsible for providing quotations for projects across the affordable housing, residential care and speculative sales sectors, both in new build and refurbishmen projects

The role is for a Midlands based main building contractor who deviler projects up to Circa £10M
Projects are national and the client are specialists in delivering both traditional new build and refurbishment projects in such sectors as Education, Commercial and Residential
