Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial projects

* Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to provide accurate pricing

* Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information

* Conduct site visits to assess project scope and requirements

* Review and refine estimates to ensure accuracy and competitiveness

* Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bid documents

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and labor costs
