Description:

Our client a Bromley based full Building Envelope contractor currently seek an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team.

The company are an up and coming player in the Design, Build, Installation, Refurbishment and Maintenance of Glazing, Curtain Walling, Cladding and Render Systems.

A position has become available for a an Estimator from any form of Building Envelope background to join their successful and expanding operation.

This is a permanent position ideally based in their Bromley offices however our client would consider a hybrid candidate that is able to split their time between the office, home and site.

Duties will include:

* Estimator position dealing with a high quality range of Cladding and Glazing systems for Structural Glazing, Curtain Walling, Canopies, Secondary Glazing, Roofing, Shopfronts, Glazed Structures, Industrial Cladding, SFS and other facade systems. plastering, rendering,

* Liaise with clients and designers to gain a full understanding of project requirements

* Liaise with suppliers to obtain costs for materials, labour and plant and equipment

* Produce detailed take-offs and formalised quotations to clients

* Generate and track new business through your own portfolio of contacts

* Keeping internal database and documentation up to date

* Attending at mid-bid & post tender meetings

* Attend site as and when required

* Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met
