Estimator

Description:

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently recruiting an Estimator to join their team based in Lowestoft on a full time, permanent basis.

Main Purpose and Responsibilities:

* To be responsible for providing UK & International Quotations for the complete company portfolio as requested by existing and potential customers.

* To provide core estimating skills, to manage and deliver projects.

* To provide take off from scale drawings, Bills of Quantities, tenders and general quotations.

* To update CRM systems with project progress, share with colleagues and provide regular updates / progress reports to stakeholders.

* Deliver excellent project management skills; provide 1st line product and technical support, while working collaboratively across all stakeholders.

* Competent in CAD systems creating images and reading off files.

* Confident telephone skills and an attention to detail in all written correspondence.

* To work within the Internal sales team function, proactively engaged in a one team approach.

* To resolve or facilitate a positive resolution of customer queries relating to the technical aspect of company products, to work closely with the Technical Managers to resolve installation queries and keep updated on progress.

* To provide cover, support and assistance to other internal sales team functions and develop skill bank to add value and achieve World Class Customer Service.
