TS Recruitment are actively working with a specialist fit out based in South Yorkshire who are looking to recruit an Estimator to join the business.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Commercial Director and Estimators in the team.
- Carry out Estimates and submit tenders for commercial and hospitality fit out projects
- Attend client meetings to build relationships.
- Complete tenders on projects up to the value of £2 million.
- Liaise with clients regarding variations and value engineering to help secure work.
- Attend prestart meetings and handover over to the operational team.

Knowledge/Experience:
- Commercial experience working as an Estimator.
- Experience working on projects over £2 million.
- Construction qualification preferred but not essential.
- Good IT skills.
- Full UK driving license
