Description:
Branta is partnering with a growing, professional business based in North London to recruit a Junior Estimator with 1 to 3 years of experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional to support an expanding portfolio of small commercial projects while accelerating their career within a structured, supportive environment.
In this role, you will build upon your existing commercial foundation, gaining hands-on exposure to diverse project types, client management, and pricing disciplines across commercial construction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare detailed estimates and cost breakdowns for small commercial projects.

Review drawings, tender specifications, and site documentation to identify project requirements.
*
Assist in pricing exercises and coordinate full tender submissions.
*
Liaise with subcontractors, material suppliers, and internal operational teams.
*
Conduct site visits across new and existing project developments.
*
Communicate professionally with end clients, main contractors, and project stakeholders.
*
Maintain accurate commercial records, cost databases, and tender documentation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
*
1 to 3 years of estimating experience within construction, fit-out, or commercial refurbishment.
*
Strong attention to detail paired with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
*
Confident communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interaction.
*
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard estimating/CAFM software.
*
Full UK Driving Licence (essential for site visits).
*
Proactive attitude with a desire to take ownership of pricing tasks and develop within the business.
