Position: Estimator - Fitout

Location: Nottinghamshire

Salary: >£60k + benefits

This is a great opportunity for an Estimator to join our fit-out client to ensure the smooth running of projects from beginning to end.

The Estimator will be responsible for:

·Conduct thorough site surveys and analyze project specifications.

·The Estimator will identify and manage potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

·Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and subcontractors.

·Negotiate with subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness.

·Prepare tenders, material take-offs, and final project costs.

·Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

·Utilise strong organisational and communication skills to keep everyone informed.

Qualifications / requirements of the Estimator:

·Experience in preparing cost estimates for construction.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction estimating software

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·Strong work ethic and a dedication to exceeding client expectations.
