Are you an experienced Estimator looking for a role where your knowledge is valued and your career can genuinely progress? You're already an accomplished Estimator, an experienced Commercial Manager or a QS looking to drive business growth in a thriving civils company. You'll be focusing on estimating, client relations and profitability. Or maybe you are a Quantity Surveyor ready for a fresh challenge -we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be joining an expanding civil engineering contractor specialising in road surfacing, highways projects across Lincolnshire down to the South coast. Working with local authorities, major house builders and commercial clients, this is a business with an excellent reputation, exciting projects and ambitious plans for the future.

As the new Estimator, you'll work hand in hand with the Directors, pricing a wide variety of road surfacing and civil engineering projects while helping secure new business and supporting the continued growth of the company. Your commercial knowledge will play a vital role in winning work and shaping the future of the business.

You'll have:

* Previous experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within civil engineering, highways or road surfacing

* RICS qualification or working towards it would be highly advantageous

* Strong estimating, costing and commercial awareness

* Excellent Excel and Microsoft Project skills

* A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

* Full UK driving licence

* A proactive approach and the ambition to grow with a successful business
