Job Title:                              Estimator – Commercial Refurbishishment         

Location:                             Nottingham       

Salary:                                  £33k - £36k

Hours of Work:                40 Hours Monday – Friday

Type:                                  Permanent

Start Date:                        Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We are hiring an Estimator to work for a privately owned commercial refurbishment business.

Duties of an Estimator      

Managing tender process.
Take-offs.
Estimation of costs and cost planning.
Site Surveys
Supplier and sub-contractor relationships.
Liasing with Design, Business Development and Operational teams to ensure accurate, competitive tender submissions.

It is essential that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;

Experience in estimating and surveying.
Building related qualification or 2 years relevant experience.
Working understanding of construction tender documentation.
Driving Licence.
