The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a talented Estimator to join their team, focusing on our industrial projects spanning approximately 100,000 sqft. Based in the vibrant locales of London and Cambridge, with the added flexibility to work remotely, you will play a pivotal role in driving our projects to success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough Tender Adjudications with precision and expertise.
* Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure accurate estimations and seamless project execution.
* Utilise your industry knowledge and experience to identify opportunities for optimisation and cost-saving measures.
* Engage with stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and facilitate smooth communication channels.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on industrial projects.
* Proficiency in tender adjudication processes and cost estimation techniques.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
* Flexibility to travel between London & Cambridge, with the potential of remote work
