The Role
As the Estimator, you’ll:
Analyse tender documents and develop winning bid strategies.
Prepare accurate cost estimates based on industry standards.
Collaborate with operational teams to validate resource requirements and delivery models.
Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations in all tenders.
Support bid presentations and attend client meetings to clarify proposals. You
To be successful in the role of Estimator, you’ll bring:
A degree in a relevant Facilities Management discipline or 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in the Facilities Management sector with a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to senior leadership.
Strong understanding of SFG20 standards.
Proficiency in cost estimating and risk assessment.
