Home-Based | North London and North Home Counties Ideally located around Enfield, Watford, Epping, Walltham Cross, St Albans, Luton, Barnet or surrounding areas

On offer is a home-based position where you will take the technical lead across your patch, carrying out condition surveys, assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates, while working closely with site-based teams with complete autonomy over your working day.

The Role:
*Building, facilities and estates surveying across a cluster of sites
*Assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates
*Supporting planned maintenance and minor improvement works
*Home-based with regular travel across sites within the London North Patch
The Person:
*Background in Building Surveying, Estates or Facilities Management
*Comfortable in a highly autonomous position
*Able to obtain or already hold a DBS check
*Full UK driving licence
