Location: Wyre Forest / Kidderminster
Rate: Flexible – Please state your expected day rate
Hours: 37 hours per week (Part-time or Full-time considered)
Contract: 3 Months with potential extension
Hybrid Working: Office attendance only when required (up to 3 days per week) with occasional local site visits.

Lynx Employment Services are recruiting for an experienced Estates Surveyor to join Wyre Forest Council on an initial 3-month contract.

### The successful candidate will have experience in:

Local Government estates management

Property valuations

Managing mixed commercial property portfolios

Commercial and industrial estates

Lettings and tenancy management

General estates management

Working across multiple departments and stakeholders
