Estates Surveyor with Local Authority - 3/6-Month Contract , likely to be extended.
Hours 37.5 Hours per week
Rate : 400.00 per day , there could be a little flexibility on this.
Hybrid Role : The role offers hybrid working with office attendance only when needed.
The ideal candidate:
Background in Local Government and comfortable working across different teams.
Experience with valuations and managing a mixed property portfolio.
Knowledge of commercial and industrial estates.
Lettings, tenancy, and general estates management experience.
