I am working with a public sector organisation who are looking for an interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6 months basis.
About you
* Experienced across a commercial portfolio within a public sector organisation is desirable
* RICS chartership is a must have
* Able to show experience across all general practice work; rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord and tenant work
* Able to start within 2 weeks
About the role
* 3 days on site/in office a week
* No management responsibilities
* Organise and efficiently manage different work loads
* No valuations or disposal work
* Competitive day rate through an umbrella company
