The Role of the Administrator

Accurately input / process and collate data on the CAFM system and Databases.
Logging maintenance requests and assigning the tasks to the appropriate Contractor /Maintenance Operative
Preparing reports from the CAFM system for Estates and Operational personnel
Tracking repairs and overdue works
Coordinating maintenance workers via the CAFM system
Liaising and communicating with Contractors
Liaising and communicating with Site Staff
Providing administration support to Regional Facilities Managers.What you will bring

To be fully conversant with Word, Excel and other Microsoft office applications
Excellent written and computer skills including accuracy
Make decisions based on own knowledge seeking guidance from the Regional Facilities Manager when necessary
Developed communication skills including Telephone Manner Enthusiasm, drive and self-motivation
Excellent Time Management Skills and ability to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines
Excellent organisational skills and able to use own initiative Proven track record of working in an office environment
Analytical and problem solving skills
Able to work alone or as part of a teamRequirements for an Enhanced DBS and reference checking will be undertaken in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practice. Whilst we endeavour to keep the recruitment process as short as possible due to the nature of these important checks it may extend the processing time. All young people are equally entitled to have their needs met in a fair and balanced way.

We will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination a person who will not on the appointment panel will conduct the search and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
