* Help with risk assessments and DSE checks, arrange first-aid/fire-warden training, and keep training resources up to date
* Support controlled estates documentation review using Q-Pulse
* Carry out supplier and procurement administration: source quotations, support tender documentation, manage purchase orders, process invoices and resolve queries
* Manage shared services such as the estates mailbox, post room, stationery, access passes, CTM/Enterprise accounts and pool-car fleet, handling service-user queries
* Collate monthly sustainability data and KPI information, prepare charts/reports, support sustainability content, and help with FOI responses and asset/contract records
* Coordinate assigned third-party activity, monitor live and upcoming tasks, and suggest process improvements
What you'll bring:
* Strong organisational skills with confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy office setting
* A responsible, safety-minded approach to compliance and documentation
* Comfortable working with contractors and suppliers, tracking actions and ensuring delivery against expectations
* Clear communication and a helpful, service-focused attitude for colleagues and service users
* Experience using administrative systems and maintaining accurate records (work orders, documentation and reporting)

* Pay rate: £14.01 per hour
* Assignment: 22/02/27 (with possibly extension)
