Description:
Ignite Recruitment are looking for Estate Service operative to work in Haringey area.
Duties include:
* Providing a high standard cleaning service to communal areas in blocks including lifts, stairwells, floors, walls and windows.
* Responsible for providing a litter picking service,
* To be accountable for ensuring personal protective equipment and machinery is used & maintained in a safe manner, and reporting any faults or defects, near misses, incidents or accidents to Line Manager.
* Move bulk items to a collection or storage pointInspect, clean and manage refuse chambers and bulk stores.Immediate removal of hazardous waste or items including external areas, and providing safety barriers where required.
* To salt - grit main entrances and access paths in icy and snowy weather
