The Role

We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on Estate Planners Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of mobile Estate Planners to conduct home visits to clients, assisting them in writing their wills and setting up lasting powers of attorney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, excellent leadership skills, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and a high level of empathy and care.

Role Overview

Lead, recruit, manage, and support a team of Field Sales Representatives all over the UK who conduct home visits to clients.
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of home visits, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Ensure all Field Sales Reps are trained and up-to-date with the latest laws, regulations, and best practices in estate planning.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Field Sales Reps, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
Handle complex estate planning cases and provide expert advice and support to team members as needed.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Prepare regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and other key metrics for senior management.
Provide exceptional customer service by offering ongoing support and addressing any post-visit inquiries or adjustments
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in estate planning to enhance service deliveryRequirements

Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
STEP qualification (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with a strong understanding of will writing and lasting powers of attorney.
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a similar setting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
In-depth understanding of the services and ability to upsell.
High levels of empathy, discretion and care.
