You’ll ensure all maintenance tasks related to buildings, grounds, and facilities are completed efficiently, safely and to the highest standard. This position is ideal for a practical, physically active individual who can work under their own initiative and is confident operating machinery. The Company: An established and thriving family business, comprising a range of residential and commercial properties, woodlands, and several farms.
Role Responsibilities:

To perform regular maintenance of pathways, tracks, ditches and routine mowing and strimming
*
To undertake regular grassland management tasks
*
To perform basic repairs and maintenance of buildings and infrastructures
*
To ensure compliance with the company's health and safety regulations and practices
*
To undertake routine maintenance of machinery and equipment
*
To ensure a clean and well maintained work environment at all times
Skills you will need:
Essential:
*
The ability to operate a farm machinery and equipment (tractors, loaders, PTO and trailers)
*
Qualified to operate diggers (up to 8 ton)
*
The ability to work with strong attention to detail
*
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
A strong work ethic with a “can do” attitude’
*
Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions
*
Presentable and able to maintain a tidy workplace
*
Conscientious with a sense of personal pride in the work undertaken
*
A flexible work approach, willing to meet the needs of the business
*
UK driving licence
