* Just look at the very favorable working hours of Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday from 9.00am to 3.00pm with a full day off during the week (5 day working week).
* The Director is not a great lover of personal targets, as they can easily backfire and have the opposite effect than intended.
