They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match buyers with sellers but buyers with 'virtual’ sellers such as those who may not necessarily be coming to the market immediately but would consider a proposal if the 'right person came along’.

Key responsibilities: From day one you will focus wholly on the selling process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income. Remuneration: Basic salary to £18,000 with on target earnings of £30,000. Working hours at 8:30am-5.00pm Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week in lieu (5 day working week)
