Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
* Do you want to work for the market leader?
* You will work in an office with a current pipeline of over £200,000.
* We are looking for an existing Estate Agency Sales or Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 3 months experience.
* You will receive an initial 4 month salary guarantee of £2,300 per month whilst you build your sales pipeline so during this period you cannot earn less than this!
* You will be the representation of the branch to all incoming enquiries, with the ability to negotiate, manage time, and client expectations suitably and you will need to drive and have your own car.
