Description:
Estate Agent Lister
* This is a cold start Residential Sales position working within an established Lettings Agency so you must be prepared to roll your sleeves up.
* You will receive a basic salary of £30,000 along with an initial 6 month salary guarantee of £40,000 whilst you build your sales pipeline.
* Thereafter, you will receive 10% commission. On target earnings on offer of £50,000.
* There would be a progression opportunity to progress to Branch Manager in time once the sales are up and running and the team is built.
