We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a fun, friendly, driven team in the heart of Stamford.
Our client is one of the market leading agencies and offer fantastic opportunities for career progression, development, and uncapped commission!
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 til 6pm, alternative Saturdays 9am - 4pm
Salary negotiable depending on experience
Responsibilities and Skillset:
Booking viewings which will mainly be accompanied by you or the viewing team
Arrange Appraisals
Negotiating offers for clients, achieving the best price!
Providing client updates and feedback
Assisting with Conveyancing Referrals
Match making with waiting buyers to find their dream property.
Being forward thinking and organised is essential to this role
