Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with an established property business to appoint an experienced Estate Agent to launch and lead a brand-new branch on the Suffolk / Essex border.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Estate Agent with a strong background in high-end rural and country properties to take ownership of a new office and play a key role in establishing its presence across the local market.
You will be responsible for setting up and running the new branch, developing the local client base, winning instructions and delivering a first-class service to vendors and buyers across the region.
The Role
Establish and lead a new estate agency branch on the Suffolk / Essex border.
Develop and manage relationships with property owners, buyers and professional contacts.
Win instructions and build a strong pipeline of premium rural and country properties.
Provide expert advice on the local residential and rural property market.
Manage property valuations, marketing and negotiations through to completion.
Build the branch's reputation and generate new business opportunities.
Develop a network of local contacts and professional relationships.
Take responsibility for the commercial performance and growth of the branch.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Estate Agent with a proven track record of working with high-value rural, country or village properties.
Ideally, you will have:
Significant experience within residential estate agency.
A strong track record of selling high-end rural and country properties.
Excellent local market knowledge across Suffolk, Essex or the surrounding areas.
Experience in winning instructions and generating new business.
Strong valuation, negotiation and client management skills.
A commercially minded approach with the ambition to build a successful new office.
MNAEA qualification would be highly desirable.
RICS qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
This is a rare opportunity for an established estate agent to build and lead a new branch from the ground up, with considerable scope to develop the business and establish a strong presence within the high-end rural property market
