Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Estate Agent looking for a new challenge in Fife? A leading estate agency in Scotland, is seeking a dedicated Estate Agent to join their team and assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property market, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conducting property viewings and valuations
- Negotiating sales and rental agreements
- Marketing properties through online and offline channels
- Providing expert advice on property market trends and regulations
- Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the agency
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Estate Agent is desirable
- Proven track record of successful property sales or lettings
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach and ability to build rapport with clients
- IT proficiency
