This established agency is all about the customer experience, with a 5 star rating and an amazing social media pressence they are always at the forefont of peoples minds when they come to sell or rent their homes. They are currently looking for a Branch Manager to lead their team in Hornchurch.
Responsibilities for this Branch Manager role will include:
Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Develop and implement a successful business plan for the Brentwood branch.
Conduct property valuations and secure new listings.
Oversee all aspects of the sales process, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our clients.
Manage and develop the branch team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their success.
Build strong relationships with local businesses and key stakeholders in the community.
Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
Oversee marketing and promotional activities for the branch. Skills & Experience for this Branch Manager role:
Proven track record of success in a similar Branch Manager role.
Extensive experience in the estate agency industry.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Hornchurch property market.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Target-driven and results-oriented.
Excellent IT skills and a willingness to learn new software. Salary & Benefits for this Branch Manager role include;
£25,000 basic, 10% personal amnd 5% office commission. Plus Monthly bonuses and Company holidays for targets hit and 28 days holiday.
