Are you an inspiring ESOL Teacher looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every day?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to deliver engaging entry level - L2 ESOL and Functional Skills entry level lessons within a supportive education environment. The Role

As an ESOL Teacher, you'll plan and deliver engaging lessons from Pre-Entry to Level 2 ESOL, alongside Entry Level Functional Skills, creating an inclusive learning environment where learners feel supported, challenged and motivated.

Working closely with colleagues, you'll contribute to a positive culture of learning, monitor learner progress and adapt your teaching to help every individual achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging ESOL lessons from Pre-Entry to Level 2.

* Support the delivery of Entry Level Functional Skills

* Plan, prepare and deliver creative, learner-centred lessons.

* Develop schemes of work and learning resources.

* Differentiate teaching to meet individual learner needs.

* Monitor progress, maintain accurate records and set meaningful learning targets.

* Promote high standards of attendance, behaviour and learner engagement.

* Build positive relationships with learners, parents, carers and external partners.

* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider education team.

* Champion safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion across the provision.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and committed to helping learners achieve their full potential.

You'll have:

* A recognised teaching qualification

* Experience delivering ESOL programmes.

* Experience teaching Functional Skills is desirable.

* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

* The ability to motivate and inspire learners from a wide range of backgrounds.

* Strong organisational, communication and planning skills.

* A collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality education.
