We have partnered with one of the leading SAP ERP Partners for over 10 years and maintain a strong, direct relationship with the Managing Director. They are a global SAP partner with a group turnover exceeding £1 billion. Backed by recent private equity investment, the UK operation is a key strategic growth area, with ambitious plans to significantly expand its market presence and scale over the coming years.
They're looking for an ERP Sales Director to lead and grow the UK commercial function. You'll manage 10+ people across New Business Sales, Marketing and Pre-Sales, with a plan to grow the team to 50+ over the next few years.
They're looking for someone who:
• Has 6+ years' experience leading ERP sales teams
• Is currently with an ERP Partner or Vendor
• Has managed teams selling £400k–£1m+ ERP deals
• Has a strong track record of growing new business revenue
• Can recruit, develop and inspire high-performing teams
• Has experience selling into Manufacturing, Distribution, or Professional Services
Package:
£150,000 Basic
£300,000 OTE
