Futures is helping a manufacturing business who are looking for an IT & ERP Specialist to join their team. This is a stand alone role for a growing company. The working hours are Monday to Friday and the role is primarily an onsite position.

As an IT and ERP Specialist you will manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and hardware. They are looking for an IT ERP Implementation Specialist who specialises in Business Central and has extensive knowledge of implementing change and training staff to new company standards. You'll also oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.

Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects
Understanding our process and how we can get the most out of Business Central 365
Ensuring the smooth transaction from our systems already in place to Business Central 365
Ensure employees have access to necessary IT resources and support when needed
Compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Technical assistance for projects requiring IT support
Liaise with third parties and team

At least 3 years of project management experience
Knowledge of Business Central 365
Knowledge of knowledge of Office 365 tools and applications (SharePoint)
Proven track record of successfully leading teams and the skillset to engage and cooperate with various teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Great attention to detail and an analytical mindset
