Description:

We are working closely with a household name within the financial services industry to support with the recruitment of an ER Advisor on a 6M FTC.
This role requires you to attend the head office site in Haywards Heath 1 day per week.

Key Responsibilities for the ER Advisor:
- Focus on ER caseloads within the largest area of the business
- Provide coaching and advice to line managers including advice around disciplinary, grievance, attendant management etc.
- Attending meetings for disciplinary & grievance as required
- Reporting on ER cases to analyst any trends/patterns within different business areas
- Presenting findings to different departments to support managers
- Coaching managers and employees on policies and procedures

Key Skills for the ER Advisor:
- Proven ER experience working on own caseloads
- Ideally experience within Financial Services
- Experience coordinating projects
- CIPD or working towards
