Profile – Equipment Readiness Associate

My client is a world leader in the provision of highly advanced technical solutions to Energy sectors. They are currently looking for a Equipment Readiness Associate to join their team. Job Role – Equipment Readiness Associate

Responsible for ensuring operational equipment is maintained, prepared, certified, and delivered in accordance with customer and operational requirements. Supports equipment reliability, maximizes asset utilization, and contributes to reducing the Cost-of-Service Delivery (CoSD) through effective maintenance, inspection, logistics, and inventory management processes.

Duties – Equipment Readiness Associate

• Prepare surface and downhole equipment for operational deployment in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Support Equipment Readiness Leads and Engineers in the inspection, testing, maintenance, and preparation of equipment for field operations.
• Perform routine, non-invasive maintenance activities including cleaning, function testing, visual inspections, and final equipment preparation.
• Execute and complete work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring accuracy of maintenance records and compliance with established procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and control of documentation, including calibration certificates, inspection reports, material certifications, quality control records, and equipment test documentation.
• Coordinate and stage equipment and critical spare parts for shipment, ensuring readiness for transport and operational deployment.
• Receive, inspect, and process returned equipment from field operations, identifying maintenance requirements and updating asset status accordingly.
• Support loading and unloading activities and ensure equipment is safely handled, stored, and transported.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking records to optimize equipment availability and utilization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, asset reliability, and reducing service delivery costs.
• Ensure full compliance with company Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), quality standards, Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) procedures, and competency requirements.

Skills/Experience – Equipment Readiness Associate

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment maintenance principles.
• Experience working in a workshop, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, or oil and gas environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and work order processes.

Candidates who are currently an Equipment Readiness Lead, Equipment Readiness Associate, Operator, Workshop Supervisor, Asset Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Maintenance Planner, Plant Operator, Plant Associate, Storekeeper, FLT Driver, Forklift Truck Driver and Materials Handler could be suitable for this position.
