Is reliable, consistent and committed to supporting the pupil's long-term progress.

Why Join Us?

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LSA or SEND professional looking for a more personalised role, where you can make a genuine difference to a young person's education and development.

You will have the opportunity to provide consistent, individualised support and play an important role in helping the pupil progress towards greater confidence, engagement and independence.

If you are an experienced LSA who is passionate about supporting children with SEND and would enjoy working in a more personalised, home-based environment, we would love to hear from you.
