Description:
Job Duties:
* Clear illegally dumped rubbish, animal carcasses and contaminated waste.
* Clean and disinfect contaminated properties, equipment and premises.
* Assist with drainage investigations and basic remedial work.
* Collect, load and dispose of condemned foodstuffs.
* Complete basic paperwork, timesheets and job records.
* Carry out vehicle checks and maintain equipment.
* Work outdoors and assist other officers as required.
Requirements for Role:
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
* Basic DBS required.
* Able to follow written instructions and complete basic paperwork.
* Comfortable working in unpleasant or contaminated environments.
* Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy or bulky items.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours and Pay:
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
* £13.69 per hour
* Weekly pay via agency
