Environmental Manager (Infrastructure)
Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Contract: 3 Months Temporary
Rate: £647.00 per day (Umbrella company basis)

Our client, a leader in the construction sector, is seeking a dedicated Environmental Manager to join their team on a temporary basis at their Solihull site. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure projects and drive sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle contaminated land management and ecological protection measures.
* Ensure comprehensive environmental reporting and deliver training as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 5 years of construction experience, particularly on major projects.
* In-depth understanding of DCO projects under highways schemes (desirable).
* Strong background in environmental management, including water quality, waste management, noise and air quality control, and contaminated land.
* Leadership skills to effectively manage and support a team of Environmental Advisors.
Qualifications:
* CSCS (Black card desirable) and SMSTS certification.
* Full UK driving license (required for site visits).
Work Schedule:
* Standard hours are 8:30am - 5pm (flexibility available, with project operations from 7am - 6pm).
* Must be in the office at least 3 days a week.
