I am currently seeking an experienced Environmental Health Officer to join a local authority in the East of England on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will have experience across:
* Environmental Protection
* Statutory Nuisance & Noise Complaints
* Air Quality & Pollution Control
* Planning Consultations
* Private Sector Housing
* HHSRS Inspections
* HMO Licensing & Enforcement
Essential Requirements:
* BSc/MSc in Environmental Health (or equivalent recognised qualification)
* Fully qualified Environmental Health Officer
* EHORB registration (or equivalent)
* Recent local authority experience
* Strong working knowledge of Environmental Protection and Housing legislation
* Full UK driving licence preferred
This is an excellent opportunity for an EHO looking for a varied caseload covering both Environmental Protection and Private Sector Housing disciplines
