About the Role
Looking to kick-start a career in sales but don't know where to begin? This is exactly the kind of role that gets you there. We're bringing on an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our Glasgow team, meeting residents face-to-face and learning the ropes of sales from the ground up. No experience, no problem — just bring the right attitude and we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Be Doing
* Meeting residents across Glasgow in person, day to day
* Learning how to open conversations, build rapport, and read what a customer actually needs
* Presenting our products/services clearly and confidently
* Turning genuine interest into completed sales
* Managing your own diary and pacing your own workload
* Picking up real, transferable sales skills as you go
What You'll Need
* A friendly, approachable manner and genuine interest in people
* Willingness to learn and take on feedback
* Resilience — comfortable hearing "no" and moving on
* Self-motivation to manage your own time
* Own transport preferred, not essential
