They are based in East Leeds and are looking for a candidate who previous Customer Service experience who is passionate about starting their Recruitment career.
Salary: £(phone number removed) depending on experience + bonus
Location: East Leeds - hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home
The role;
Making outbound calls to headhunt suitable candidates- this will be high volume calling and a large part of the role
Liaising with candidates in a friendly, professional manner, answering queries and screening candidates
Helping to longlist and shortlist potential candidates
Working closely alongside the permanent team to source suitable candidates vacancies
Researching candidates
Working towards targets and collaborating with other members in the teamAbout you;
