Title: Associate Recruitment Consultant
Starting Salary: £24,000 - £25,000+ commission
Bonus: Uncapped commission (10-40% of everything you invoice)

The Role:
Identifying leads
Cold calling, buisiness development, bringing in potential clients
Sales and building your client base
Relationship building
Interviewing
Providing an unbeatable service for both clients and candidatesThe Person:
Energetic & passionate about getting into a career in recruitment
Any previous experience working within sales (beneficial but not essential)
Be able to show examples of being a high achiever and succeeding in personal life, sport, education, work, or others!
