We now have an exciting, full-time opportunity for an Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our award-winning Sales Team.
As Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will help to continue our growth with both new and existing clients across key accounts that generate significant revenue. You will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and expanding these valuable relationships.
Ideally, you will have previous Sales / Account Management experience and be motivated with a proven track record of consistently achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage potential enterprise customers, cultivating strong and long-lasting relationships.
* Research and pursue new business opportunities and create connections with influencers, executives, and decision-makers within large companies.
* Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each sales prospect, their buying and organizational influences, and their decision-making processes.
* Building a strong, in-depth product knowledge and be able to present our service as bespoke solution.
* You will conduct meaningful conversations with potential customers to understand fully their recruitment needs currently and into the future, matching the right CV-Library solution to the customer.
* Explore ways to expand existing accounts and provide excellent service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
* Build and document sales activities in company CRM software and document all activities.
* Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of our products and services.
* Consistently achieving monthly targets.
* Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress towards targets, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements
Essential Requirements
* Previous B2B sales or recruitment experience
* Demonstrable track record of identifying and winning New Business.
* Strong negotiating and influencing skills with clients at all levels.
* Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
* Proficiency in using CRM software for accurate sales tracking and customer relationship management.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, fostering trust and credibility.
* Strong problem-solving skills and adeptness in negotiation techniques to drive successful sales deals.
* Effective time management skills, enabling the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Desirable Requirements
* Experience of working within the recruitment, job board or media sales industry is advantageous.
