This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting central government organisation as an Enterprise Architect for an initial 6 month period.

My client is a central government organisation with sites in London and the Midlands. Due to continued growth and a large IT systems portfolio they require an Enterprise Architect to join them for a minimum of 6 months.
Description
The successful Enterprise Architect will:
Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement IT strategies
Ensure the alignment of business and technology strategies
Advise on technology trends and best practices
Develop architectural models to guide IT investment decisions
Facilitate the evaluation and selection of IT services and products
Contribute to the development of IT policies and standards
Provide architectural guidance and oversight during project delivery
Promote the sharing and reuse of IT assets across the departmentProfile
The successful Enterprise Architect should have:
Experience in enterprise architecture methodologies and tools
Good understanding of solution architecture principles, a background in solutioning would be beneficial
Knowledge of IT governance and operations
Understanding of technology trends and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
