Enterprise Architect
We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Enterprise Architect to support complex projects within the M&A space for a global finance/accountancy firm. This role is suited to an experienced all‑rounder who can operate confidently across strategy, architecture, and delivery in fast‑paced, change‑heavy environments.
You will be responsible for the design and governace of the project architecture & support in the E2E execution across various business and IT units within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as lead / senior Enterprise Architect across integration programmes
* Define and govern architecture whilst identifying risks, dependencies, and integration constraints
* Lead and assure architecture across ERP, HR, Payroll & other areas.
* Own Data migrations and integration patterns, Infrastructure, DC, DR, cloud, and end‑user services.
* Work closely with programme leadership, solution architects, and workstream leads to ensure architectural alignment across parallel delivery streams
* Provide clear architectural guidance and decision support to senior stakeholders, translating complex technical issues into business‑focused outcomes
* Ensure security, resilience, regulatory, and operational considerations are incorporated into all architectural decisions.
Experience & Profile
* Proven Enterprise Architecture experience within M&A, divestments, carve‑outs, or large‑scale transformation programmes (within the finance/accounting industry highly preferred)
* Strong hands‑on experience across ERP, HR & Finance systems, applications, infrastructure, and migration‑led delivery
* Comfortable operating across both strategic architecture and delivery‑facing execution
* Experience working in multi‑vendor, multi‑workstream environments under tight timelines
Enterprise Architect
