Job Vacancy: School Cleaner – Enhanced DBS Required
Location: Maidstone
Hours: 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Afternoon
Pay Rate: £14.24
Job Type: Part-time
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and trustworthy Enhanced DBS Cleaner to join our team, helping to maintain a clean, safe and hygienic school environment for pupils and staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas.
Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
Cleaning and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints.
Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained throughout the school.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
A valid Enhanced DBS certificate is required, or willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check, subject to the school's requirements.
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Able to follow instructions and maintain high cleaning standards.
