About the Role:
GSL Education is looking for an enthusiastic English Tutor to join our team in Newcastle, supporting Post 16 students in their English studies. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' academic achievements and language skills.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the needs of Post 16 students.
Assist students in developing their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Provide targeted support to help students prepare for exams and assessments.
Foster a supportive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident in their abilities.
Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor student progress and implement effective teaching strategies.
The successful candidate will:
Have a degree in English or a related subject.
Demonstrate a passion for teaching and supporting students' academic growth.
Possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Be committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity in education.
