Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and effective English lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Encourage and support students in developing their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and share best practices.
Requirements:
- A degree in English or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the secondary school level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
