The Role:
Teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential).
Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons.
Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Contribute to the wider life of the English department and school community.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching English within a UK secondary school setting.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English.
Excellent classroom management skills.
A commitment to raising attainment and supporting student success.
