Teaching Personnel is working with a number of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Bradford that are seeking qualified English Teachers to join their supply team. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role

As a Supply English Teacher, you will:

✨ Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (Key Stage 5 experience is advantageous).
Plan and deliver lessons where required, or confidently deliver pre-set work.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and school leadership teams.
✅ Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.

✅ We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Recent experience teaching English within UK secondary schools.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
⭐ A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
️ An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
