Our school is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join the department on a permanent basis from the new academic year. The successful candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching English, a deep understanding of the subject matter, and the ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that nurture strong communication skills, literary analysis, and a love for literature.
Cultivate a supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and a lifelong appreciation for language and storytelling.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the English department.
Actively participate in literary-related extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.
Qualifications

A relevant degree in English, Literature, or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Demonstrated experience as an English Teacher at the secondary school level.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay current with educational best practices..
